Delaware County Woman Accused of Rape

According to state police at Oneonta a 19-year-old woman was charged Monday with 2nd degree rape.

Ashley M. Bourne of Masonville is accused of engaging in sex with a 14-year-old male.

Bourne was arraigned in Town of Oneonta court and will appear in court again at a later date
