Delaware County Fair Opens

The Delaware County Fair opens today – the 130th anniversary version of the six day event.  According to fair officials around 80,000 attend the annual fair in Walton – making it the largest agricultural fair in the region.

Wednesday features the Cutest Baby contest and there will be live entertainment throughout the fairgrounds, culminating with the Frankie Ballard concert Saturday at 7pm.  Parking is free and active military receive free fair admission all week long.
