The suspect in a recent string of mask-wearing signs vandalism in Cooperstown is now facing charges. According to AllOTSEGO, the suspect, only described as a "white male" and a "Cooperstown resident", was taken into custody following an investigation after the three large signs were found dumped and vandalized in front of the District Attorney’s office. Seven of the smaller signs were found in Pioneer Alley. The unnamed suspend is to be arraigned in Town of Otsego Court and is charged with third degree Criminal Mischief.
