The Otsego County Department of Health reports a teacher at Cooperstown Central School’s elementary building tested positive for the coronavirus. District officials have ordered K-6 classes to go on remote learning through Nov. 30 and grades 7-12 will be on remote learning for the rest of the week. Otsego County’s case total is just over 1100 with close to 50 cases active and 2 people hospitalized.
