BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. — Time Warner Cable temporarily cut CBS from its lineup in New York, Los Angeles and Dallas in a fee dispute with the network.

The cable giant announced it was cutting service to the three cities, then reversed its decision minutes later.

Dozens of blackouts have occurred nationwide in fee fights over the years, but many get resolved at the last minute. Time Warner Cable and CBS are continuing fee negotiations Tuesday morning.
