Buffalo Lawsuit Challenges SAFE Act

Although the anti-SAFE Act protests are over, the lawsuits against Governor Andrew Cuomo are going strong.

Last week, Buffalo area lawyer James Tresmond went to court contending that the gun ban is unconstitutional, resulting in a judge ordering the state to answer the charge by April.

State lawyers will have to be in court March 11 to explain why the court shouldn't issue an injunction halting the law.
