Bassett Medical Center Earns BlueCross BlueShield Distinction

The quality of cardiac care provided at Bassett Medical Center has earned Bassett designation as a Blue Distinction Center for Cardiac Care by Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

Only 13 other heart programs in New York State have earned this recognition.

To be designated as a Blue Distinction Center for Cardiac Care, Bassett Medical Center met a variety of selection criteria related to quality of care, patient experience and outcomes.
