Bassett and Northeast Kidney Foundation form Kidney Club of Oneonta

The Bassett Healthcare Network and the Northeast Kidney Foundation are joining forces to introduce the Kidney Club of Oneonta at an event on Sunday afternoon at the Oneonta Hampton Inn.

The event is to bring together individuals impacted by chronic kidney disease.

"Our first event Sunday is a kickoff to form the Kidney Club of Oneonta," Bassett Hospital medical social worker Marge Nezelek said. "What we're doing on Sunday from 12-3 p.m. is have three speakers and a discussion afterward."

The monthly kidney club meeting is free and open to the public and will be held at the Hampton Inn.
