Bainbridge Man Arrested on Felony Charges

A Bainbridge man is arrested on felony charges from an investigation into a domestic dispute. Police say they were called to a County Route 39 home last Saturday and determined that 71-year-old Franklin Farrell attacked one victim by grabbing onto their arm causing laceration. Farrell then attempted to stab a second victim but they were able to get away with only a cut to their stomach. Farrell was jailed without bail and orders of protection were issued on behalf of both victims.
