An arrest has been made in a Sunday night murder on the campus of Binghamton University. According to WICZ, authorities arrested Michael Roque on Monday and he was arraigned on second degree murder charges in the fatal stabbing of Joao Sauza at a room in Windham Hall. Roque is being held without bail. According to investigators the stabbing was not a random act and there will be additional officers on campus through the day out of an abundance of precaution. Classes are expected to resume as normal today.
