Otsego County Board Creates Development Company to Sell Otsego Manor

By an 11-3 vote Wednesday, the Otsego County board of representatives approved the creation of a local development company that will be in charge of the marketing and sale of the Otsego Manor nursing home.

This LDC will be known as the Otsego County Health Facilities Corporation.

Officials say from a legal standpoint this organization will be set up as a nonprofit corporation within the guidelines of section 501(c) (3) of the internal revenue code.
