Elmira 58, Oneonta 7 -- Under a new head coach and having lost a number of starters from last season, the Yellow Jackets couldn't get the offense going. Oneonta games can be heard on WZOZfm.com and 103.1-FM WZOZ in the Oneonta area.

Walton 18, Whitney Point 16 -- Despite not scoring the second half, Walton held off a late-game surge to become the only local team with a win Saturday. Walton football will be heard all season long on 92.1-FM WDLA.
