Saranac Brewing's Pale Ale and Adirondack Lager were each awarded gold medals in the 2013 United States Open Beer Championship this week in Atlanta.
Judges from England, Canada and the United States evaluated more than 2,500 beers in 68 categories from breweries around the world. They gave the gold to Saranac in the English Pale Ale and Marzen/Oktoberfest categories.
