Today is World No Tobacco Day , a great day to find out where we are in the fight against smoking and help smokers quit.  I had a very interesting and revealing conversation with Aletha Sprague, Program Director of Rural Three For Tobacco Free Communities (a Bassett Hospital program) and Marsha Kozubek, Program Coordinator.

Listen below since you might be very surprised at the smoking statistics and the strategy to curb cigarette sales.

There is plenty of support to help smokers quit.  You can call the Smoker's Quit line any time at 1-866-NY-QUITS.  Plus you can find out more at Rural3.org.
