Windsor Man Accused of Unwanted Sexual Contact

A Windsor man is accused of subjecting another person to unsolicited sexual contact.

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say 66-year-old Gilbert Adams is charged with felony sex abuse in connection with an incident on June 6^th.

He was arrested on July 8^th according to the Sheriff’s office and was sent to the Broome County Jail.
