What’s for Easter Dessert? It’s a Big Chuck Peep Pie, of Course (audio)
It is week number 14 in my ongoing New Year Resolution to make one meal a week for a full year.
Since it was Easter, I thought dessert. And I thought Peeps. Why not, we had hundreds of them around the house. So "Peep Pie" was the answer. The photos are below but if you want to hear me tell you the whole story of the Peep Pie, click here and take a listen:
white chocolate morsels
mix white and dark chocolate chips
melt a cup of peanut butter and drizzle over the chocolate
line the skillet with colorful marshmallow Peeps
bake in the oven at 350-degrees for 12 minutes, or until everything is gooey throughout
very good mixture of everything but NOT FOR A PERSON WHO HAS SUGAR ISSUES! Wow....
