Walton Man Arrested on Felony Weapons Charge

A Walton man is arrested on felony charges in connection with a mental health complaint last month. Police say Daryl Webster was found to be in possession of a firearm without a valid New York State pistol license. Webster appeared in Village of Walton Court and was then booked into the Delaware County Correctional Facility on $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 secured bond. His next court date is pending.
