Unadilla Man Faces Child Sex Charges

A Unadilla man is facing charges after an investigation into an child sex abuse incident that occurred in January. State Police say the investigation resulted in Robert Horan taken into custody for Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Forcible Touching. Troopers say Horan is a case worker with Otsego County but the incident did not occur as a part of Horan’s official work duties. Horan was released on his own recognizance and is due back in court on April 13
