Two Charged in Colchester Accident

Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a two-car property damage accident on State Highway 206 in the Town of Colchester, at the intersection of Hill Top Drive. An investigation determined that Stephen Depuy of Downsville, was making a turn when his trailer was struck in the rear by Eugene Marner. Both drivers were released on traffic summonses directing them to appear in the Town of Colchester Court to answer their charges.
