Commuters in Rensselaer got an unexpected surprise when a family was spotted having a picnic under an umbrella on the side of the highway.

Drivers on a highway in New York were stunned when a couple set up a picnic in the median, complete with a TV tray, stuffed animal, and selfies. The unusual sight caused traffic delays.
