Summit Man Faces Felony Burglary Charges

A Summit man faces felony charges from a business burglary that happened on Nov. 12. Police say an investigation identified Timothy Joiret as the suspect and a search was conducted at his home last Wednesday. During the investigation numerous items stolen were recovered from multiple locations. Joiret was arraigned in the Town of Richmondville Court where he was placed on pretrial supervision through the Schoharie County Probation Department.
