Some Travelers Coming to NY By Plane Must Quarantine or Face Fine
Governor Cuomo announced stiff policy restrictions for travelers coming into New York State from "hot spot" states like Florida, Georgia, Texas and other states. Those who come into the state must sign new disclosure forms at the airport they land at, and travelers from these states potentially must quarantine (and prove it). Failure to adhere to this new rule for those landing at NYS airports could lead to fines of $2,000 and up. (plus a court summons). The governor said these rules will be strictly enforced.
