Sex offender Arrested for Failing to Provide Address

A level two sex offender formerly residing in Otsego County is arrested after failing to register his current address. Police say Mark Briley was on parole and was supposed to mail an address verification form within 10 days but the form was never received. Briley was located in New Jersey and extradited back to New York where he is now facing a felony charge for failing to register his address.
