Senate Candidate Jim Barber to Hold Virtual Town Hall
Jim Barber,candidate for New York’s 51st State Senate district announced today that as part of his virtual town hall series, his campaign will be holding a special town hall on Wednesday April 8th at 3pm focused on resources available to individuals,small businesses and farms during the COVID-19 pandemic.
"There are a lot of resources out there for people who are experiencing loss of income or economic uncertainty from the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic,” Barber said. “I want to make sure that people know about their options and how to successfully apply for the help that’s available to them.” The virtual town hall is scheduled for Wednesday April 8th at 3pm. In addition to taking questions, Barber will be covering three specific topics related to COVID-19 resources:
●Assistance to Farms and Small Businesses
●Applying for Unemployment Benefits
●Applying for Health Insurance
