Richmondville Crash Critically Injures Motorcyclist

A crash in Richmondville on Wednesday seriously injures a motorcyclist. Police say Nicholas Kennedy of Richmondville was going northbound on Summit Street when he tried passing a vehicle but ended striking a car heading southbound. Kennedy was airlifted for treatment of chest and pelvic injuries. The driver of the car Kennedy hit was uninjured. According to authorities the crash investigation is continuing but so far no charges have been brought.
