Police Looking For Credit Card Thief In Norwich

New York State Police are looking for a credit card thief. According to a press release the suspect went into a East Main Street, Norwich supermarket and made a purchase using a stolen credit card. The amount of the purchase wasn’t disclosed. Surveillance video shows the man was wearing a dark hoodie and tan pants and that he had a full beard.
