Otsego County Sheriff's Office says a month long narcotics investigation has resulted in three arrests in the City of Oneonta.

Deputies say Kquan "Paris" Brockinton, 28, of Schenectady would bring drugs to the area and Cody Barnes, 28, of Oneonta would allegedly broker local drug deals for him.

Last week, a no-knock narcotics search warrant was carried out at 128 Chestnut Street, Oneonta. Officials seized a number of drugs, including 43 envelopes containing heroin, $200 worth of cocaine, and a variety of pharmaceuticals.

Brockington and Barnes have both been charged with four felony counts. Also arrested was Stephanie Lynne Whitehead (22) of  Oneonta. She faces conspiracy and possession charges.

The defendants were all arraigned in the Town of Otsego and remanded to the Otsego County Correctional Facility. Brockington is there without bail, Whitehead's bail is $10,000, and Barnes' bail was set at $25,000.

The Otsego County Sheriff was assisted in the investigation by NYS Division of Drug Enforcement, the Oneonta Police Department, and the Schenectady Police Department.
