Otsego County Woman Faces Felony Identity Theft Charge

Felony charges are brought against a Richfield Springs woman in connection with unauthorized use of a credit card. Police say an investigation started last November after the victim found Crystal Ray ran up over $2,300 in fraudulent charges while she was working at the victim’s home as an assistant. Ray was picked up on January 8 and charged with identity theft in the first degree and two counts of grand larceny in the fourth degree.
