Oneonta Police Make Drug Bust

On Friday at about 2:45p.m., City of Oneonta Police Department’s Detective Division, Special Response Team and Patrol Division, with assistance from the New York State Police, Otsego County Sheriff’s Department (including K9 Ricky) served a search warrant at 84 Spruce St. in the City of Oneonta.  The search warrant was served subsequent to an ongoing investigation involving the sale and distribution of illegal substances.

As a result of the search warrant, arrested was; 48 year old Chauncey Couse of Oneonta For the offense of class B Felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree. During the search of the premises a quantity of heroin, as well as a quantity of cash were discovered.
