17 Year Old Oneonta Man Charged With Rape

Yesterday, City of Oneonta Police arrested a 17 year old male from Oneonta on felony rape charges..  Kobe Paul Kimble, 17 years old of Oneonta, NY is charged with Rape in the first degree (a class B felony) and Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (both class A misdemeanors) :

The arrest followed a report to the Child Abuse Hotline, accusing Kimble of having sexual contact with a victim under the age of 11 years old.

Kimble is being held at the City of Oneonta Police Department until his arraignment in the City of Oneonta Court.
