The security at Oneonta City Hall and other city buildings was on the agenda at the Common Council’s Operations, Planning and Evaluation Committee when they met on Monday. All Otsego reports the committee reviewed a proposal from a Binghamton-based company to review security at six city buildings including the Public Safety Building and the Water Treatment Plant. The company quoted a $16,500 cost for the study. Action on the survey was delayed for a week.
