Oneonta BOE Updates Consolidation

At the Oneonta City School District Board of Education meeting held Wednesday night, one of the subjects discussed was the elementary school consolidation update, as this is the first year without the Center Street elementary school, which was voted to close.

Valleyview principal Walt Baskin spoke about the consolidation.

Along with principal Baskin, greater plains elementary principal Scott rabeler and riverside elementary principal Melinda Murdock made short presentations at the meeting.

They also agree that the elementary school consolidation has had a really positive impact for the students and faculty.
