Utica, NY (WIBX) - Oneida County Executive Anthony Picente is releasing his proposed 2013 budget this morning.

In it he is calling for a 2.95 percent tax increase, which amounts to about twenty dollars per household.  The final proposal cannot be completed until budgetary projections and financials from all of the cities within Oneida County are released.  Numbers for Utica and Rome are not expected to be received by the county until the end of October.

A text of the full budget, along with analysis and explanations, will be available online later this afternoon.
