One Injured in Franklin Auto Crash; Driver Airlifted to Hospital

A one-car crash on Wednesday in Franklin results in the driver being airlifted to the hospital. Police say it happened on Dunk Hill Road and the driver was found entrapped and partially ejected from the vehicle. An investigation determined the driver lost control and hit a culvert which sent the vehicle airborne before hitting a tree. Excessive speed is being blamed in the crash.
