NYS Police Respond To Deposit Truck Rollover

A garbage truck, driven by Danny Robertshaw, 47, of Elmira, was found overturned at 4:30 am Thursday.  The truck was severely damaged and its load was spread over the highway causing the closing of a lane of traffic.  Mr. Robertshaw was transported to UHS Wilson Hospital for evaluation.  The NYS Department of Transportation and the NYS department of Environmental Conservation all responded to the accident.
