NYS County Fairs: Who is Cancelled and Who is Still On?

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a majority of NYS county fairs have chosen to come down on the safe side and cancel this year's fair.  Others, later in the summer, are waiting to see how things change (including the Great New York State Fair).  Here is a look at some fairs and their status within close proximity of our listening area as of Friday, June 25.

Afton Fair (Afton).....cancelled for 2020

Cobleskill Sunshine Fair (Cobleskill).....cancelled for 2020

Chenango County Fair (Norwich).....cancelled for 2020

Delaware County Fair (Walton).....still scheduled for August 17-22

Herkimer County Fair (Frankfort).....still scheduled for August 18-23

Madison County Fair (Brookfield).....cancelled for 2020

New York State Fair (Syracuse)...still scheduled for August 26-September 7

Otsego County Fair (Morris).....still scheduled for August 4-9
