Let's face it, macaroni and cheese has been a consistant and reliable comfort food ever since Mom or Grandma made it for us when we were little kids. Well, although today's mac and cheese looks a lot different than it once did, it still checks all the boxes for us when we get a craving for a good, old piece of nostalgia.
