Middlefield Man Accused Of Shooting His Father

The 33-year-old Middlefield man accused of shooting his father was arraigned in Otsego County Court Wednesday.

Michael Buck was indicted on one charge of second degree murder, one charge of first degree assault, one charge of first degree criminal use of a firearm and two counts of third degree criminal weapons possession. Bail was set at $5,000.

Buck is due back in court on the morning of Monday December 9th.
