Maryland Women Arrested For Domestic Violence

A woman from Maryland is facing assault and criminal mischief charges resulting from a domestic violence incident on Monday. According to New York State Police, Dorothy Ramsell got into an argument with her boyfriend at a home on State Route 7 throwing a coffee mug at his head along with throwing a stepladder at his vehicle which smashed the windshield. The boyfriend was hospitalized for head pain and an arm laceration then released. Ramsell was booked into the Otsego County jail on $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 property bond with her next court appearance set for Sept. 12.
