Man Who Threatened Chenango County Judge Sentenced

Michael Richardson, the man who threatened former Chenango County Court Judge Howard Sullivan was sentenced today in Chenango County Court.

Richardson was sentenced to seven years in prison for death threats against Judge Sullivan last year. According to Chenango County District Attorney Joe McBride, Richardson will serve three years of post prison supervision.

An order of protection was also handed down by acting Judge Martin Smith in effect until June 30, 2020.
