Major Essay Contest Begins for Delaware County Students

Entries are now being accepted for the seventh annual Matilda Friedman essay writing contest for Delaware County middle school and high school students The contest was established in memory of Matilda Freidman who was a longtime friend of contest sponsor Writers in the Mountains, and the contest is supported by her family and administered by the WIM board of directors. There are first, second, third and honorable mention cash prizes for high school winning entries and middle school winning entries.
