Super Heroes in Ripped Jeans, Oneonta’s local animal rescue, will host a Kitten Foster Orientation on Saturday, June 1, 2019, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Huntington Memorial Library.

Kitten season is in full swing and with more than 50 kittens under their care and more coming in everyday, Super Heroes needs kitten fosters.  Whether new to the world of fostering kittens or a seasoned foster, there is always more to learn – the in’s and out’s of bottle feeding, kitten development, socialization, common illnesses to look out for, caring for pregnant cats, and so much more!

The orientation is free although donations are always greatly appreciated.

Super Heroes in Ripped Jeans is a dedicated group of volunteers working together to improve the lives of local cats, dogs and other small animals and their caretakers. They are a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit pet rescue registered with the New York State Department of Agriculture.
