Illegal Handicap Parking Leads to Delhi Drug Arrest

Parking illegally in a handicapped space leads to 2 people facing charges and one of them wanted for arrest. Delhi Police say they received a complaint that Bashiem Jenkins of Binghamton was parked illegally and an investigation found he and his passenger identified as Tina Brenner of Afton possessed heroin and methamphetamine. Brenner was wanted for burglary in Suffolk County. Jenkins was released with several tickets while Brenner was turned over to the Suffolk County Police Department.
