Heroin Bust on Oneonta’s Main Street

On Monday, March 17th, the Oneonta Police Department Detective Bureau, following an investigation at 229 Main Street in the City of Oneonta, arrested John M. Nack.

Nack, 46, of Oneonta was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree (Class B Felony). Seventeen bags of heroin with a street value of approximately $350 were recovered.

Nack was held on $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond bail.
