School districts in Cooperstown, Richfield Springs and Worcester are among more than 100 statewide that didn’t submit plans for resuming classes. That’s according to Governor Andrew Cuomo’s office and the districts have until Friday or they will not be able to conduct in-person learning this year. Districts submitting non-compliant plans were notified by the State Department of Health. Districts are to post their remote learning plan online as well as their plan for coronavirus testing and contact tracing for students and teachers.
