New York Governor Andrew Cuomo made it clear that should Joe Biden be elected President he is not interested in taking on the role of Attorney General in a Biden administration. The comments were the result of an article in Axios saying Cuomo is being looked at for the spot and that Biden would pick him based on their longtime friendship. The Governor’s Office says the Biden camp has made zero outreach and has had zero conversations about any role.
