Ganesh "Remy" Ramsaran will return to court for arraignment today on a grand jury indictment for the murder of his wife Jennifer Ramsaran.

Jennifer was reported missing 5 months ago, and the cause of her death has not been released, due to an evidentiary issue.

District attorney Joe McBride said that will not change soon, but he is ready to prosecute the case.

Ganesh Ramsaran was indicted Thursday by a Chenango County grand jury and charged with Second Degree Murder, a Class A-1 felony. Ramsaran was originally scheduled for arraignment Friday, but the court re-scheduled it for today due to the holiday weekend.
