Funds Awarded to Tear Down a Walton Building
On September 3 The Catskill Watershed Corp. (CWC) Board of Directors awarded Chazen Companies $28,800 to draft a plan for demolition of structures on the Breakey Motors property in Walton. Costs include a buildings materials survey, laboratory analysis, and monitoring.
Additionally, a loan was approved from the Catskill Fund for the Future (CFF) to Zandhoek Properties, LLC in the amount of $620,000 for the purchase of 185 Zandhoek Road, Hurley, NY to relocate THikit Inc. THikit Inc. is an online printing company specializing in high-end, extra thick business cards and invitations. The building consists of 8,600 square feet with one large open area for production, two separate offices, a kitchen, and restrooms, providing room to expand and grow.
