A Sidney Center woman faces additional charges following her failure to appear for a scheduled conference and sentencing on drug charges.  According to the Delaware County Sheriff's Office, Chellie A. Warner, 32, pleaded guilty earlier this year to selling fentanyl-laced heroin from her home in 2017.  Warner then failed to appear for a scheduled conference and sentencing following her plea of guilty to a charge of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree.

Warner was found and arrested by Medford Oregon police on a Bench Warrant issued by the Delaware County Court in April of this year and has been charged with being a fugitive from justice. Warner was arraigned in Delaware County Court before County Court Judge Richard D. Northrup, Jr., on September 19 and was ordered held without bail pending further court action.

Warner is currently being held without bail pending further court action.
