The Town of Delhi’s former highway deputy superintendent is facing felony grand larceny charges from an investigation conducted by State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli’s office. According to a news release the investigation done by the state along with State Police and the Delaware County District’s office found Brian Rosenthal overstated his sick and leave balances by more than 270 hours between 2015 and 2019 The investigation began after a routine audit by the comptroller’s office.
